A global ensemble performed across 61 scenes and 58 camera setups, all edited in real-time from a central control hub. This production broke the boundaries of location-based filmmaking by transforming private homes into a singular, synchronized cinematic set.

By implementing a bespoke vMix and NDI remote workflow, I demonstrated that decentralized live production is not just a workaround, but a viable, high-fidelity format for narrative feature filmmaking. We successfully maintained cinematic quality while managing global IP feeds at professional broadcast standards.
