The Experience

Nominated for Best Immersive Experience at the Venice International Film Festival, The Unknown Patient is a landmark production in volumetric VR storytelling.

The project utilizes high-fidelity volumetric capture and 3D historical reconstruction to tell the story of a WWI soldier with no memory, exploring the depths of fragmented identity and the trauma of war.

By integrating real actors into a meticulously rendered digital twin of historical environments, we created a bridge between traditional cinematic performance and the agency of VR space. This project demonstrates the potential of spatial storytelling to foster deep emotional resonance through a distributed network of memory.
